We deliver to European Countries only, orders placed with a non-European delivery address will be refused at our discretion, please email us to arrange a special shipping price.

Once the goods have been despatched and left our premises, we have incurred the additional charges, and therefore they are not refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order and start from £1.60.

All orders shipped could require a signature.

*IMPORTANT* You must check your order for signs of damage prior to accepting delivery and refuse delivery in case of damage, or if you are unable to do so you must sign and clearly state the delivery is unchecked. If you do not do this we will be unable to claim compensation for any damage caused by our couriers and will, unfortunately, therefore be unable to reimburse you for same.
