COARSE SPONGE

Aquarama Filtermedia specially designed to replace Juwel Filtermedia. Made to fit each Filter System. Use the filter baskets for your filter system to make maintenance even easier. This coarse blue filter sponge houses the most important bio - cultures, which are responsible for effectively cleaning the water. You should clean (in water from the tank) or replace one sponge at a time every 3 - 6 months to maintain the right biological balance in your aquarium. Please see the maintenance guidelines in your instruction manual for further details. Please note- this product is not manufactured by Juwel it is an Aquarama own brand replacement that performs the same function.
