About Aquarama :

If you need to contact us use the contact us facility in order we can keep communications efficient.

We welcome any comments, queries or suggestions you might have and invite you to use the contact us feature for these. We will endeavour to respond within 12 hours, or sooner if practicable.

If you are a retailer and require pricing on goods, such as our own brand range, or wish to place a bulk order for a society etc please contact us for wholesale pricing.

Please use the contact us feature where possible for the most prompt reply, if you wish to discuss something by phone please use contact us feature above and supply your name and phone number so we may call you back as soon as possible. If you include brief details of your query it will assist us in dealing with your call efficiently.

Law & Jurisdiction :

By using this website you agree that English Law shall apply to all transactions.

Conditions of Use & Sale :

You must read these conditions before using our website as your rights and liabilities may be affected under the law. Use of this website or making a purchase from us any other way means you are bound in agreement of these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your Rights under Statute. When you order goods from Aquarama, you accept that these Terms and Conditions take precedence over all other either submitted by you or given by customary business practice, unless we agree otherwise. It must be noted that time is never the essence for an order of products from us, and any dates declared are for guidance only.

Integrity of Information :

Aquarama ensures that that all information on this site, and stock availability as shown during the ordering process, is up to date, current and correct. Aquarama does not guarantee that this information is correct and current, nor will any consequential loss of any kind be accepted. Such loss decribed shall include but not be limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data or staff costs, not damage to equipment and the like and loss of livestock.

Inventory Availability :

In the event any item is out of stock for whatever reason you have the right to expect either a refund of the item cost, or to have the item shipped on a backorder basis. The subsequent postage charges will be paid by us on these backordered items.

Should the items not be available on backorder such items will be cancelled and a timely refund will be made by the same means as payment received. We reserve the right to cancel backorders for any reason at our discretion.

Right to Cancel

Orders can be cancelled for any reason within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods. Such goods must be returned to us in the original condition complete with suitable documents to identify you as the purchaser within 30 days of the notice of cancellation. Up to the time the goods are returned to our offices, you as the buyers shall be completely liable for any damage or losses of such goods. Proof of posting must always be obtained. Upon receipt of the goods, and subject to satisfactory inspection, we will refund the purchase price of all returned items, but not the carriage charges or return costs in any case within 30 days.

All Goods that arrive without documentation, or after the 30 day limit mentioned above will be considered treated as abandoned and become our property to be disposed of at our pleasure.

Mispicked Orders:

We expect notification not later than 2 days after arrival by email or letter, that a problem exists. It will be our resonsibility to solve the problem as soon as possible, but, subject to stock availability, and we may ask you to return the goods at your cost initially with a view to solving any problems. These carriage costs would be refunded upon receipt of the goods.

Any returns should be made by the cheapest possible method and we will only refund the equivalent of the cost of the cheapest method, usually Second Class Royal Mail Services. You can send items any way you desire but it will be on the understanding that the costs will not be reimbursed other than the already mentioned cheapest available method

Broken or Faulty or Damaged Goods :

Should you receive, broken or faulty or damaged goods, you should ship the goods back to us, at your cost to begin with, and submit documents that:

Enable us to indentify the buyer.

What is wrong with the product or itemt.

Enable us to know whether to exchange/repair item, change for another item of identical agreed value, or give a purchase price refund.

All goods shall be inspected, and if they are damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace them at our absolute discretion, however because or the diverse range of goods we can sell, sometimes we may return the items to the manufacturer for their comments and reports or the perceived damage or fault.

We will do this within a time which we agree will not exceed 30 days. If such goods are found to be damaged or faulty, a refund will be made for carriage costs appertaining to the return of goods. Should the manufacturer test the goods and reports the items are not faulty, they will be returned to you. Returns should be made by 2nd Class Royal Mail services up to 1000 grammes or 1st Class up to 2000 grammes, thereafter by Standard Parcel Services Do not send items back by Special Delivery as we will not be responsible for refunding this additional cost to you. In certain cases where the item is of an unusual size or weight, we may arrange a direct exchange, where our carriers will swap over the goods for you. Please contact us for details.

All electrical goods:

Buyers must realise that some electrically powered goods emit noise during operation. We do not accept return of these goods since we feel that such noise is part of the normal expected running of such items. If the item is faulty and making a noise as part of the fault then our return conditions shall apply. We cannot be expected to advise what is noisy or not noisy in our terms of sale.

Children :

Aquarama does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use this e-commerce site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Photographs :

All images on the website are for illustration purposes only, actual product supplied may differ in appearance from image shown.

The images used are published and believed to be in the public domain or created by Aquarama. Should these not be the case please contact us and we will rectify or deny with our own proof of ownership right.

Pricing :

Aquarama honours the price shown and will honour the price on subsequent backordered items. We will not hold prices which have been accessed on previous order links, as they may have increased since the order was made.

Delivery :

Aquarama uses Royal Mail for the movement of orders and delivery times are for guidance only. As previously mentioned in these terms we will not accept consequential loss claims of any kind. No express time of essence will be attached to any order in any circumstances.

It is the clear responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the Ship to address is correct and complete. Once the item is sent any charges incurred in recovering the items and subsequent despatch will be for the buyers account. This may include the cost of the replacement order if lost, since the buyer declares the address on the order form.

In the case of delivery against signature being made without checking the contents and condition on the carriers documents, then all claims are null and void in all cirucmstances. Our contract will you will be deemed fulfilled once goods are signed for.

Our Policy on Privacy:

Aquarama will not sell or disclose any information to other parties other than to complete the order, and its subsequent delivery to you.

We do not hold any details of Credit Cards or finanical details on our files or website, such details held by our mutual Payment Processors PayPal or Nochex as chosen.
